- Use natural soaps. Even if it smells nice, avoid using soaps with powerful cleaning agents, especially if you already have drier skin. Experts argue that this type of soap alkalises the skin, and this can remove the natural barrier of skin protection. Opt for soaps that do not contain other possible irritants or other artificial components.

- Treat dry skin with almonds and milk. Dip 3-4 almonds in a glass of milk overnight. Then mix until you get a paste and leave it to cool in the fridge.
