    Do not apply any essential oils to the mucous membranes. Never use essential oils near the eyes or directly into the ears. Some oils can damage contact lenses. Never touch the lenses when using essential oils. These oils are strong and can cause severe eye irritation.
    If you have sensitive skin and you have a history of irritability or skin rash, start with the careful application of these oils. Make a small piece of skin around a square and massage the oil into it.
    Wait 24 hours to see if this area has itching or irritation. This will help you protect the skin only if the oil is not suitable for your skin type.
