    Gratinated potatoes
    Ingredients for 6 persons:1 kg of potatoes5 tablespoons of butter1 red onion3 cloves of garlic1 tablespoon of grain mustard400 ml of cooking cream75 grams of grated cheese from Gruyere½ teaspoon of nutmegSalt and pepper as desired
    Preparation:1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius, and refill the bowl in which you plan the baked pot of baked potatoes with one teaspoon of butter.
    2. Melt the remaining four tablespoons of butter at moderate temperature in a larger pot. Add the chopped onion and bake it for 4 to 5 minutes until it becomes clear. Then add the garlic to the garlic and enjoy another minute.
    3. Add the mustard and cream and let the sauce finish. Place the cleansed potatoes chopped into thin plates and fry them for about four to five minutes. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    4. Pour potato with cream into a refractory bowl, and evenly spread the cheese over one layer in the top. If you do not have French Gruyer at hand, you can use some other type of soluble cheese.
    5. Bake in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese becomes golden and the potatoes are fully baked. Good apetite!
    In gratin potatoes you can add spices and vegetables as desired or bits of bacon
