    Toxins are all substances that can be toxic or have negative health effects. "Toxin" refers to all metals, chemicals, impurities, artificial food ingredients, pesticides and toxins that cause physical damage.

    Water is perhaps the most valuable tool for detoxifying your body. The most basic functions of the body require water. Your body needs water to produce saliva, help with sweat and remove debris. While you wake up in the morning before you brush your teeth, drink 1.26 liters of water. After you brush and clean your mouth, but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes you can eat and drink as usual. Try to drink three liters of liquid daily. This will help to support lymph and kidney detoxification.

    Sleeping causes your body to enter a state of cleansing and regeneration. Without proper and adequate sleep, detoxification organs do not get the full charge they need to function at an optimal level. Target for 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night, in a dark, quiet environment for best results.
